Segregated waste collection modalities need integration of supply chain network of recyclables. Rules have guidelines of getting help of an agency. Agencies with this kind of deliverables will need compensation of cost of managing noncommercial components of recyclables. Here we need an application of mind.
And while tenders are being floated every day for dtdc, processing and w2e, the need for systems for dry waste collection …vehicles for dry waste transportation etc rarely found. Where will one transport dry waste?? AND interpretation of this question by QCI in sarvekshan reflecting questionable understanding of both the questionnaire and subject of being questioned.
Well too much heavy on the brain, copy paste material is not available and the question “what is in it for me” remains ambiguous, so keep the file pending..let NGTs etc.dance around.
